Ossett and Denby Dale is a proposed constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament.[1] Further to the completion of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, it will first be contested at the next general election.

The constituency will comprise the following areas:[2]
In the City of Wakefield:
- Horbury and South Ossett, Ossett and Wakefield Rural from Wakefield (to be abolished with remaining parts included in Wakefield and Rothwell)
- Wakefield South from Hemsworth (to be abolished and largely replaced by Normanton and Hemsworth)
In the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees
- Denby Dale and Kirkburton from Dewsbury (to be abolished and largely replaced by Dewsbury and Batley)
