One Seagrove Place is a high-rise condominium located in Seagrove Beach, Florida. It was constructed in 1985 and is the tallest building in South Walton County.
History
Groundbreaking took place on April 12, 1984. Multiple groups partnered to construct and design the building. It was completed in 1985 with 21 stories. With a cost of between $7–10 million it stands at 236 feet (72 m).[2] It is located between the coast of Seagrove Beach and Highway 30A.[3]
