Olga Ahtinen (born 15 August 1997) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Women's Super League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Finland national team.
Career
Ahtinen was capped by the Finland national team in 2017, and she appeared for the team during the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying cycle.[1] She played for Finland at the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 and was approaching 50 international appearances. Domestically, she played for GBK Kokkola, before joining Swedish side Linköpings FC.[2]
Ahtinen was named The Most Valuable Player of the 2021 Damallsvenskan season.[3]
In August 2023, Ahtinen signed with Tottenham Hotspur.[4] She scored her first goal for Tottenham on 8 October 2023, in a 3–1 home victory against Bristol City.[5] In a 1-1 draw with Liverpool F.C. Women saw her stretched off. It was announced she had damaged her MCL, but would not require surgery.
