New Haven Township is one of ten townships in Gallatin County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 478 and it contained 251 housing units.[2]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 45.56 square miles (118.0 km2), of which 43.73 square miles (113.3 km2) (or 95.98%) is land and 1.84 square miles (4.8 km2) (or 4.04%) is water.[2]

Within the township lies the Duffy site, a Late Woodland Native American archaeological site located southeast of the village of New Haven.[3]
