Neighbours is a sculpture by Canadian artist Joe Rosenthal, installed in Toronto, Ontario.
Reception
Jonathan Pinto of CBC News called the sculpture "iconic",[1] and NowToronto.com has called the work "Rubenesque" and "weirdly hypnotizing".[2]
