Mount Pleiones (72°45′S 165°29′E / 72.750°S 165.483°E / -72.750; 165.483) is the southernmost and highest peak of The Pleiades, at the head of Mariner Glacier. Named by the New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee (NZ-APC) after Pleiones of Greek mythology.[1]
