MaxIm DL is a software package created by Cyanogen for the purpose of astronomical imaging. It contains tools to process and analyze data from imaging array detectors such as CCDs.
It is available for Windows 7 and above. Installation on alternative operating systems is acknowledged as possible but is not officially supported.[1]
MaxIm DL lets you analyze data and make portraits of the night sky. It does have a high price, sold at $249.00 – $649.00 USD for a copy. There are no refunds after purchase, and software updates are included for one (1) year after purchase.
