The gang finds the real culprit behind the scheme and reveals it to be none other than Sarah, the caretaker's jealous sister. Charlie is back to normal and the gang reunites the caretaker.

They follow it to the local theater, where they uncover a counterfeiting operation, supervised by a spooky-looking puppet master. They are later revealed to be two cackling green ghosts, who chase the gang all around the mansion. The gang then unmasks them as Cosgood Creeps and his partner, Cuthbert.

Season 3 (1978)

The first ten episodes of the 16-episode 1978 season of Scooby-Doo were broadcast under the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! utilizing the original 1969 intro and outro. The revival series was cancelled on November 11, 1978, and the remaining six episodes that were intended for the revival were instead broadcast during the Scooby's All-Stars block; all 16 were rerun during this block and later syndicated as part of The Scooby-Doo Show.
