The following table lists all winners and runners-up of the Belgian basketball championship, as well as finals appearances (if possible as these were introduced in 1980). Twelve teams have won the championship, with Oostende holding the record with twenty-three titles. Only three active clubs (Oostende, Antwerp Giants and Spirou) have won a league title.

Teams in bold are currently active in the national top division. Teams in italic have been folded.

Notes

  1. Not finished because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  2. Mons-Hainaut was the runners-up six times, but did not play a play-off final in the 2020–21 season as this season was cancelled early due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the league decided that Mons-Hainaut finished second based on their place in the standings.
