Lalar and Katak Rural District (Persian: دهستان للر و کتک) is in Chelo District of Andika County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Andika District of Masjed Soleyman County) was 3,991 in 670 households.[3] There were 5,260 inhabitants in 962 households at the following census of 2011,[4] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of the new Andika County.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,418 in 1,255 households. The largest of its 53 villages was Lalar, with 636 people.[2]
