José Manuel Lasa (born 21 May 1939) is a Spanish former cyclist. He competed in the individual road race at the 1964 Summer Olympics and finished fourth overall in the 1969 Vuelta a España.[2] He is the older brother of fellow cyclist Miguel María Lasa.
