James Matthew Kitts (born December 28, 1972) is a former American football fullback and linebacker.

Kitts was born in 1972 in Portsmouth, Virginia, and attended Great Bridge High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. He then enrolled at Ferrum College where he played college football from 1990 to 1993.[1][2]

Kitts also played professional football in the Arena Football League for the Albany Firebirds (1995-1996), in the World League of American Football for the Frankfurt Galaxy,[3] in the National Football League (NFL) for the Miami Dolphins (1997), Washington Redskins (1998),[4][5] and Green Bay Packers (1998),[6] and in the XFL for the Memphis Maniax in 2001.[1]
