Grigory Laguta (born April 9, 1984[2]) is a motorcycle speedway rider from Russia.[3] He also rode on a Latvian licence.

Career

Laguta is a three-time Russian Champion.[1] In 2017 he was suspended for two years for a doping violation after having used meldonium.[4]

Laguta has two speedway licences: Russian (MFR) and Latvian (LaMSF). This allowed him to become a four times champion of Latvia.

Family

His brother Artem Laguta is also a speedway rider, who was the 2021 world champion.
