Faltu Engineers is a dark comedy web series that focuses on the landscape of India's employment and skill labour scenario.[1] It premiered on YouTube before its release as a web series by Zee5. [2] Faltu Engineers was written by Ambar Verman and directed by Skand Kumar starring Satish Ray, Badri Chavhan, Rashika Pradhan, Ashish Acharya and Vineet Vyas.[1][3]

Plot

The series centers around the experiences of two engineers, Santosh and Gaurav, as they navigate the challenges presented by the prevailing state of joblessness and underemployment within the engineering sector.[2] As the protagonists grapple with their own aspirations,[4][5] they find themselves in a constant struggle to break free from the societal stereotypes that unjustly associate engineers with a lack of opportunities.[3] Through its satirical and thought-provoking narrative.[6]

Release

The series was released on 11 June 2022 on the YouTube channel of Blunt. It was released in the Hindi language. it is also available to watch on Zee5 OTT platform.[6][7]
