Ethan Stowell

Ethan Stowell is an American chef and restaurateur. Based in Seattle, his restaurants include Goldfinch Tavern, How to Cook a Wolf, Red Cow, Rione XIII, and Tavolàta. He is the founder and chief executive officer of Ethan Stowell Restaurants.[1]

Career and recognition

Stowell owned 13 restaurants in Seattle, as of 2016.[2] His restaurant Bombo Italian Kitchen opened in 2023.[3] He has also been described as an activist and a philanthropist.[4]

In 2008, he was named Best New Chef by Food & Wine.[5] Stowell was a semifinalist in the James Beard Foundation Award's Outstanding Restaurateur category.[6]
