Emma Cecilie Uhrskov Friis (born 31 October 1999)[1] is a Danish professional handball player who plays for Ikast Håndbold and the Danish national team.[2]

She made her debut on the Danish national team on 29 September 2018, against Norway.[3]

In September 2018, she was included by EHF in a list of the twenty best young handballers to watch for the future.[4]

She represented Denmark at the 2021 World Women's Handball Championship in Spain.[5]
