Clara Smiddy (born 4 January 1996) is an American swimmer.[1]

She competed at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games, winning a gold medal in 100-meter backstroke.[2] At the 2015 Pan American Games, she won bronze medals in Women's 100 metre backstroke, and Women's 200 metre backstroke.[3]

She competed at the 2016 FINA Swimming World Championships. She swam for University of Michigan.[4][5][6] She competed at the 2017 NCAA National Swimming and Diving Championships.[7][8]
