Chennis Berry Jr. (born April 16, 1973) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for South Carolina State University, a position he will take over for the 2024 season.[1][2][3][4] He was the head football coach for Benedict College from 2020 to 2023.[5]He also coached for Morris Brown,[6] Kentucky State,[6] Fort Valley State,[6] North Carolina A&T,[7] Morgan State,[6] Howard,[8] and Southern.[9] He played college football for Savannah State as an offensive tackle.[10]
