Chasmoptera superba is an insect in the spoonwing family (Nemopteridae).[1] endemic to Western Australia.[2]
It was first described in 1925 by Robert John Tillyard.[3][4]
The adults are diurnal flying insects.[2][1] The larvae are predatory.[2][1]
