Behnke Ranch was a 536-acre ranch near Odessa in Pasco County, Florida. The property was purchased in 2013 by Hines, a development company with its U.S. headquarters in Texas. [1] It was zoned for 550 single-family homes, 200 townhouses, and 440 multi-family apartments, as well as officespace and light industry.[2] The Asturia community was developed on the site.[3]
