Bakhram Murtazaliev is a Russian professional boxer, reaching the #1 junior middleweight ranking for the International Boxing Federation.

As #1 contender, Murtazaliev was to have a purse bid against Jermell Charlo for the IBF world title; Charlo vacated the world title and in response the IBF ordered Murtazaliev to face Jack Culcay for the now vacant title.[1] Before this development, Murtazaliev was the mandatory challenger for four years; he took spots on several Premier Boxing Champions cards to allow Charlo to fight other, including Canelo Álvarez vs. Sergey Kovalev and The Charlos vs. Derevyanchenko and Rosario.[2] Originally, Murtazaliev was the manadaotry challenger to Jeison Rosario, but initially waited as Charlo and Rosario pursued title unification.[3]
