Alvand Rural District (Persian: دهستان الوند) is in the Central District of Qasr-e Shirin County, Kermanshah province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 16 in 8 households.[3] There were 375 inhabitants in 41 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 184 in 27 households. The largest of its 19 villages was Khosravi, with 52 people.[2]
