      De tunna filmerna består av vanliga grundämnen som kisel, syre och kväve. Filmen är vitrös, med andra ord i glasform, som bidrar till att den är transparent.
      The thin films consist of common elements such as silicon, oxygen and nitrogen. The film is vitreous, in other words in glass form, which contributes to its transparency.
