vetull
Albanian
Etymology
Possibly borrowed from Vulgar Latin vittula, diminutive of Latin vitta (“band, headband”),[1] although very uncertain since the word is not attested anywhere in old manuscripts or in the Romance languages. Çabej considers it an inherited word.[2]
Noun
vetull f (plural vetulla, definite vetulla, definite plural vetullat)
