     The difficulty of snuff in its return to the drawing-room is its popularity in the street—you remember the lady who put fur capes out of fashion by clothing her coachman and footman in them. It was on a Sunday morning that an observer saw the flower-girls around the Royal Exchange accepting a pinch of snuff from the taxi-driver.
