shrink-wrap license (plural shrink-wrap licenses)
- A contract printed on or in a package of a product, usually software, which the seller considers to have been accepted by the buyer once the package is opened or the product used.
- An analogous contract which an end user of a service is deemed by the provider to have accepted once the service is used.
