From rice with the (somewhat derogatory) sense of "Asian man," combined with queen to imply "homosexual attraction to...". Compare bean queen for derivation; though, one probably formed by analogy with the other.

1. (gay slang, somewhat derogatory) A non-Asian man who is mostly attracted to East Asian men.
