     Nineteen consecutive patients, detailed in Table 1, underwent hernia repair with bilateral component separation and intraperitoneal and retrorectal placement of FlexHD ® or FlexHD ® Diamond™, human acellular dermal matrix mesh using an open abdominal approach.
