r-slurred

r-slur +‎ -ed. Came into common use on Reddit beginning around 2019 in response to increasing censorship of the words retard and retarded.

r-slurred (comparative more r-slurred, superlative most r-slurred)

1. (Internet slang, euphemistic) Retarded; extremely stupid or deranged.

   Don't mind my friend; he's a little r-slurred.
