mirror will (plural mirror wills)

(law) A pair of identical documents executed by two people in order to ensure identical dispositions of their property upon the death of either or both.

Usage notes

The mirror will differs from the mutual will in that the latter is intended as a contract, made irrevocable by the agreement of both testators to execute the document.
