Etymology
A variant of kurm (cf. dëllinjë vs. dullinjë, mëllenjë vs. mullenjë etc.). Others have proposed a South Slavic origin; compare Serbo-Croatian kŕma (“forage, fodder”), Bulgarian кърма (kǎrma, “forage, fodder; carrion”).[1][2]
