Etymology
From Proto-Finnic *hänensäk, derived from *hän (singular genitive + possessive suffix *-nsak), compare Finnish hän (“he, she”). Cognate to Livonian eņtš (“own, self”). See also enda.
Usage notes
There is no nominative (ise is used as one). The singular forms can also be used in the plural.
