Etymology
From Proto-Albanian *drudza, related to Lithuanian drùzgas (“splinter, fragment”), drùžti (“to become weak”).[1] Alternatively, from Proto-Indo-European *dʰrew (“to crumble, grind”), same root as dromcë.[2]
