A psychic symptom of an injured claimant where he practices a rejectionist attitude towards gainful activity not because his sufferings induced by the injury have transformed into somatic complaints but due to character faults or perverse legal understanding and on this basis demands that the ensuing financial losses be compensated by the tortfeasor.
