carroña
Spanish
Etymology
Ultimately from Vulgar Latin *carōnia. First attested in 1601, and on that basis - considering as well as the lack of an outcome like *carrueña - probably borrowed from Italian carogna.[1]

- Rhymes: -oɲa
- Syllabification: ca‧rro‧ña
