Weierstrass gap

Weierstrass gap (plural Weierstrass gaps)

1. (mathematics) Given a Weierstrass point ${\displaystyle P}$, a value of ${\displaystyle k}$ such that no function on ${\displaystyle C}$ has exactly a ${\displaystyle k}$-fold pole at ${\displaystyle P}$ only.
