     The Hebi Municipal CCP Committee, Henan, recently took stern actions against Zhang Tianpu, secretary of the Shancheng district carton plant party branch in Hebi Municipality, who embezzled over 3,300 jin of grain from January 1975 to July 1976 and persecuted Lu Binmei, a staff member of the plant who discovered the embezzlement and reported it to the grain departments.
