Etymology
Probably from Proto-Uralic *muka (“back”). Alternatively from Proto-Germanic *mūgô, *mūgaz (“heap, mass”).
Inflection
The bare stem is not attested in any language. The most common form is the illative singular, which is found in most descendants.
