German
Etymology
Formally from Lua error in Module:utilities at line 142: attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'h' (a nil value), from Middle Low German düker (“diver”, also “culvert”?). Doublet of Taucher ("diver"). The sense “culvert” may be a loan translation of Dutch duiker. At least its adoption into standard German was probably reinforced by Dutch.
