- plural marker
- Piti-yé dròl. ― Children are odd.
- Lamézon-çalayé té krasé! ― Those houses were filthy!
Usage notes
- Used to specify a noun as plural. Nouns on their own may act as singular or plural based on context.
- Not used concurrently with dê or lê, which are words that perform similar functions.
- The suffix's hyphen is dropped when used with other postpositional determiners (see examples above).
