A 国字 (kokuji, “Japanese-coined character”). Ligature of 䨺 (tai, “clouds”) and 龘 (tō, “dragon flying”).
Usage notes
- Apocryphal; supposedly only used in some rare personal names and business names. Containing 84 strokes, it is often presented as the kanji with the highest stroke count.
