Literally, "absolute territory".
Thought to be popularized in 2001 by Yumehotaru (夢蛍, username), the creator of the Ukagaka (伺か) desktop mascot Mayura (まゆら), while Yumehotaru believes it was first used by MIY (username), the creator of the Ukagaka desktop mascot Seriko (せりこ).
