     Katsute no Nihon no Sōridaijin ga, “Amerika wa Hisupanikku ya Pueruto Rikan no jinshu ga ōi kara, mindo ga hikui” nado to hatsugen shite mondai ni natta koto ga arimasu.

     The former Prime Minister of Japan caused a problem when he remarked, “America has a lot of Hispanic and Puerto Rican people, so their standard of culture is low.”
