(1985) Appeared in a TV commercial, from wasei eigo (和製英語; pseudo-anglicism) wooper looper, as a substitution for アホロートル (ahorōtoru, “axolotl”) which sounds like 阿呆老頭児 (aho rōtoru, literally “stupid old fart”).
