قوس و قزح
Etymology
Mistaken form of earlier قوس قزح (qows-e qazah), from Arabic قَوْس قُزَح (qaws quzaḥ, literally “bow of the pre-Islamic Arab god Quzah”). It is not clear why the vowel shifted from /e/ to /o/.
