    • Tanach, 1 Samuel 18:9, with translation of the King James Version:
      ‏וַיְהִי שָׁאוּל עוֹיֵן אֶת דָּוִד מֵהַיּוֹם הַהוּא וָהָלְאָה.‎‎
      vayhí šaʾúl ʿoyén et davíd mehayyóm hahú vahalʾa.
      And Saul eyed David from that day and forward.
