initialism of правосла́вие головно́го мо́зга (pravoslávije golovnóvo mózga, “Orthodoxy of the brain”): a wordplay between the sound of the РПЦ-abbreviation ("Russian Orthodox Church") and the medical terms like e.g. опухоль головного мозга (a brain tumor).
