βράζει το αίμα μου

Presumably a calque of Ottoman Turkish قانی قاینامق (kanı kaynamak, “to be lively”, literally “for one's blood to boil”) (see there for further etymology), as this is a common idiom in Turkic languages which is not attested in Greek prior to the Ottoman period. (Can this⁽⁺⁾ etymology be sourced?)
