What Can You Do to Mitigate the Project Risks?
For this final activity, you will return to the Risk Planning Worksheet that you started in Your Turn - Risk Prioritization and take another look at your three highest-priority risks. Think of a mitigation strategy for these three risks and add it to your worksheet. In the next section, you will be able to compare your risk plan to an expert example.
