When there are number of bureaus in a bureaucratic system, inevitably communication be comes difficult. Effective communication in a bureaucratic system helps allow for maximum efficiency to be achieved within that system. Maximum efficiency will allow for the best service to the people that a certain bureaucratic system is serving. They are "public servants" after all.

This course will explore how to best communicate in both governmental and non governmental urban planning systems. Through studying this course you will hopefully attain a better sense of how to communicate effectively in these systems.

This course will (or may) focus heavily on how to best utilize technology to make communications in these system run smoothly and efficiently.
